Soccer Recap: Union City Takes a Loss

While it was all tied up 0-0 at halftime, Union City was not quite Obion County's equal in the second half on Tuesday. They came up short against the Obion County Rebels, falling 4-1. The Golden Tornadoes just can't catch a break and have now endured three defeats in a row.

Their goal came courtesy of Juan Barron, which was the first he's scored this season.

Union City's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Obion County, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.

Union City didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next match, a 5-3 win against Dyer County on the 13th. As for Obion County, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next contest, a 2-1 victory against South Fulton on the 13th.
