Basketball Game Preview: Homer Knights vs. Maywood/Hayes Center Wolves

The Homer Knights will face off against the Maywood/Hayes Center Wolves at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this contest.

Maywood/Hayes Center is facing Homer at the wrong time: Homer suffered their first home loss of the season on Thursday and they're likely out for redemption. The matchup between Homer and the Bulldogs didn't end well, with Homer falling 63-45.

The match pitted two dominant guards against one another in Alexandra Albrecht and Claire Korth. Korth had a great game and en route to 29 points and eight boards. Meanwhile, Albrecht did her best for the losing side, putting up 11 points and six rebounds.
