Volleyball Recap: Cherokee Comes Up Short

Cherokee was the 2-0 winner over Cartersville when they last played one another back in August of 2022, but their luck changed this time around. The Warriors took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Hurricanes on Friday.

Cherokee's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

Coincidentally, Cherokee and Cartersville will both be playing Starr's Mill the next time they take the court. The Hurricanes will head out to face the Panthers at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, while the Warriors will play them later in the day, at 7:30 p.m.
