Basketball Game Preview: Rogers Rams vs. Start Spartans

For the second straight game, Rogers will face off against Start. The Rams will challenge the Spartans at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Rogers knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past ten contests -- so hopefully Start likes a good challenge.

Rogers will bounce into Tuesday's game after beating Start, who they had gone 2-7 against in their nine prior meetings. The Rams sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 59-56 win over the Spartans on Saturday. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Rams have posted since December 27, 2025.

Rogers has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 11 of their last 12 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-4 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 66.2 points over those games. As for Start, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 10-5.
