Baseball Recap: Del Valle Extends Winning Streak to Four

While Del Valle's win against Hanks wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Conquistadores narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Knights 7-5. The win was nothing new for the Conquistadores as they're now sitting on four straight.

FELIPE RODRIGUEZ was excellent, scoring two runs while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances. The team also got some help courtesy of IVAN LOPEZ, who scored a run while getting on base in all three of his plate appearances.

Del Valle's victory bumped their record up to 17-7. As for Hanks, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 9-15.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Del Valle will take on Riverside at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Hanks, they will face off against El Dorado at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
