Basketball Game Preview: Belfield Bantams vs. Flasher Bulldogs

The Belfield Bantams will challenge the Flasher Bulldogs at 4:50 p.m. on Friday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Belfield is probably headed into the match with a chip on their shoulder considering Alexander just ended the team's five-game winning streak on Tuesday. They fell 71-59 to Alexander.

Meanwhile, Flasher unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Tuesday. They took a 52-45 hit to the loss column at the hands of Standing Rock. The contest marked the Bulldogs' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Belfield's defeat dropped their record down to 6-4. As for Flasher, their loss dropped their record down to 4-4.

Belfield ended up a good deal behind Flasher in their previous matchup back in January of 2024, losing 54-37. Can Belfield avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
