Soccer Recap: Mclane Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for McLane, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. They never let the Torres Toros onto the board and left with a 2-0 victory on Thursday. That's more bragging rights for the Highlanders, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Nicolas Jauregui and Guillermo Martinez scored both of McLane's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 20 goals.

McLane's win bumped their record up to 9-5-2. As for Torres, their loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 3-5.

McLane will square off against Madera South at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. McLane is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.1 goals per game this season. As for Torres, they will host Edison at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
