Despite the defeat, Chandler Prep had strong showings from Grant Hopper, who posted eight points and eight boards, and Marshawn Britt, who put up four points and three steals. Britt is crushing it when it comes to steals: he's grabbed at least two every time he's taken the court this season.
Meanwhile, Rancho Solano Prep didn't have too much breathing room in their game against Madison Highland Prep on Friday, but they still walked away with a 60-55 victory. The Mustangs haven't had any issues with the Heat recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.
Chandler Prep better keep an eye on Luke Larrabee. He was instrumental in Rancho Solano Prep's win, putting up 28 points and four steals. Another player making a difference was Wyatt Fulton, who almost dropped a double-double with nine points and 11 rebounds.
Rancho Solano Prep was working as a unit and finished the game with ten assists. They are 6-2 when they've passed the ball that well.
