Cardinal is 7-2 against Pymatuning Valley since September of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Huskies will look to defend their home field against the Lakers at 7:00 p.m. Cardinal is looking for their season's first win.

The Huskies had to suffer through a 48-0 loss at the hands of the Mustangs. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Huskies have suffered against the Mustangs since September 8, 2017.

Meanwhile, Pymatuning Valley never let their opponents score on Friday. They really took it to Windham for the full four quarters, racking up a 44-0 victory. The Lakers haven't had any issues with the Bombers recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive win against them.

Cardinal's defeat dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Pymatuning Valley, their victory bumped their record up to 5-3.

Cardinal was dealt a bruising 48-0 loss at the hands of Pymatuning Valley in their previous matchup back in August of 2024. Can the Huskies avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
