On Thursday, Hardin Northern took their matchup with ease, bagging a 48-10 victory over Calvary Christian. The Polar Bears have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven contests by 20 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, Upper Scioto Valley came up short against Elgin on Thursday, falling 53-29. The Rams have struggled against the Comets recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive lost matchup.

Hardin Northern pushed their record up to 13-8 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 20.5 points per game. As for Upper Scioto Valley, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-13.
