St. Thomas Aquinas had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. Everything went their way against the Cooper City Cowboys on Thursday as the St. Thomas Aquinas Raiders made off with a 6-1 win. The result was nothing new for the Raiders, who have now won 11 matches by three goals or more so far this season.

They hit Cooper City with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Sophie Barnes (2), Bianca Raskin (2), Brooklyn Burbridge, and Kendall Atkinson.

The victory (which was St. Thomas Aquinas' third in a row) raised their record to 15-1-3. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only given up one goal over those three contests. As for Cooper City, the defeat snapped their winning streak at five games and leaves them with a 14-3-1 record.

St. Thomas Aquinas has already played their next game, an 8-0 win against Braddock on the 4th. As for Cooper City, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next match, a 3-0 victory against Fort Lauderdale on the 4th.
