The Jaguars might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six contests by seven runs or more this season.
Joe Smith was a major factor no matter where he played. On the mound, he didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit while striking out 14 over 4.2 innings pitched. He has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't given up more than two walks in ten consecutive appearances. He was also big at the plate, going 2-for-3 with two runs, two RBI, and one double.
