It was a good run, but South Side unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Tuesday. They fell 3-1 to the Magazine Rattlers. If the Hornet were looking for revenge after losing 3-1 to the Rattlers when the teams met back in September of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

South Side's loss dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Magazine, the victory snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 2-6 record.

South Side has already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Dardanelle on the 18th. As for Magazine, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-2 victory against Two Rivers on the 18th.
