Basketball Game Preview: NCSSM: Durham Unicorns vs. Roxboro Community Bulldogs + How To Watch

NCSSM: Durham and Roxboro Community are an even 3-3 against one another since November of 2016, but not for long. The Unicorns will venture away from home to challenge the Bulldogs at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. NCSSM: Durham is currently enjoying a perfect season and no doubt wants to keep things rolling.

NCSSM: Durham is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They managed an 83-77 win over Voyager Academy on Tuesday.

Alex Caza had another great game (as he tends to do), dropping a double-double with 27 points and 14 boards. He has also also been stellar as far as field goal percentage is concerned: he's posted one of at least 50% every time he's hit the court this season. Nikhil Nanduri was another key player, putting up 11 points and seven steals.

NCSSM: Durham was working as a unit and finished the game with 20 assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.

Meanwhile, Roxboro Community ended up a good deal behind Eno River Academy on Tuesday and lost 59-42.

Roxboro Community's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for NCSSM: Durham, their victory bumped their record up to 6-0.

Everything came up roses for NCSSM: Durham against Roxboro Community in their previous meeting back in November of 2024, as the team secured a 67-28 win. In that matchup, the Unicorns amassed a halftime lead of 44-19, an impressive feat they'll look to repeat on Thursday.
