Brendan Jones posted a new career-high in total tackles on Friday. As a matter of fact, he produced his best game of the campaign: he picked up two sacks, made 14 total tackles, and defended one pass in addition to snagging an interception which he returned one-yard for a touchdown. With that strong performance, he is now averaging an impressive 5.8 total tackles per game.

Jones and South View will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Westover at 7:00 p.m. on October 3.
