Basketball Recap: Trenton Central Comes Up Short

After flying high against Nottingham last Tuesday, Trenton Central came back down to earth. The Trenton Central Tornadoes fell just short of the West Windsor-Plainsboro North Knights by a score of 41-38 on Thursday. The match marked the Tornadoes' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Trenton Central now has a losing record at 5-6. As for West Windsor-Plainsboro North, their victory was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 10-0.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Trenton Central will welcome Timber Creek Regional at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for West Windsor-Plainsboro North, they and West Windsor-Plainsboro South will face off at 7:00 p.m. on Friday without much rest having both just played.
