It was a good run, but Riverside unfortunately witnessed the end of their five-game winning streak on Monday. They took a 9-4 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Gainesville Cardinals. If the Ram were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to the Cardinals when the teams met back in May of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Riverside's defeat dropped their record down to 6-4. As for Gainesville, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 13-3.

Looking ahead, Riverside will be playing at home against Stone Bridge at 6:30 p.m. on the 13th. As for Gainesville, they have already played their next contest, a 25-2 victory against Unity Reed on the 6th.
