Firelands has gone a perfect 10-0 against Wellington recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Wednesday. The Falcons will be playing in front of their home fans against the Dukes at 7:00 p.m. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

Firelands' defense heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Monday. They put the hurt on Clearview with a sharp 10-0 victory. Mikey Janosik was a massive factor in the win as he booted in four goals all by himself.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Wellington). Everything went their way against Brookside on Saturday as they made off with a 9-4 win. The matchup was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 6-2.

Firelands is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-2 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 47 goals over those seven contests. As for Wellington, their win bumped their record up to 7-4.

Everything went Firelands' way against Wellington in their previous meeting on September 6th, as Firelands made off with a 7-0 victory. Will the Falcons repeat their success, or do the Dukes have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
