Volleyball Recap: Army-Navy Triumphs

Army-Navy won the last time they faced Escondido Adventist Academy and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Warriors walked away with a 3-1 win over the Hawks. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Warriors.

Army-Navy had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 23-25, 25-18, 25-13, 25-21.

Army-Navy's victory bumped their record up to 6-8. As for Escondido Adventist Academy, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-12.

Looking ahead, Army-Navy will square off against St. Joseph Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Warriors are facing the Crusaders at the right time seeing as the Crusaders are stuck on a five-game losing streak. As for Escondido Adventist Academy, they will welcome Calvin Christian at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
