Soccer Game Preview: Boulder vs. Fairview

Boulder hasn't had much luck against Fairview recently, but that could start to change on Thursday. The Boulder Panthers will look to defend their home pitch against the Fairview Knights at 7:00 p.m. Boulder's defense has only allowed 0.5 goals per game this season, so Fairview's offense will have their work cut out for them.

Boulder's defense heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Tuesday. They were the clear victor by a 3-0 margin over Monarch. That looming 3-0 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Panthers yet this season.

They hit Monarch with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Zoe Silver, Lia Stoddard, and Kiri Fogarty-Sears.

Meanwhile, Fairview entered their tilt with Rocky Mountain on Thursday with two consecutive wins , and they'll enter their next game with three. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Lobos. That's two games straight that the Knights have won by exactly two goals.

Fairview's victory bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Boulder, their win bumped their record up to 3-0-1.
