Basketball Recap: Warsaw Victorious

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against York, Warsaw was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Perry Yellowjackets 55-53. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Tigers considering their 25-point performance the contest before.

Warsaw's win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 5-7. As for Perry, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-7.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Warsaw won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Albion at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for Perry, they will be playing in front of their home fans against York at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
