Football Game Preview: Hunterdon Central Red Devils vs. Ridge Red Devil + How To Watch

Hunterdon Central is 0-7 against Ridge since September of 2018 but things could change on Friday. The Red Devils will venture away from home to square off against the Red Devil at 7:00 p.m. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

If Hunterdon Central beats Ridge with 28 points on Friday, it's going to be the squad's new lucky number: they've won their past two contests with that exact score. The Red Devils blew past East Brunswick 28-7 on Friday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Red Devils.

Meanwhile, Ridge earned a 24-13 victory over Union on Saturday. The win continues a trend for the Red Devil in their matchups with the Farmers: they've now won six in a row.

Hunterdon Central better focus on containing Toby Nicholson and Sawyer Paul as the pair were huge in Ridge's win. Nicholson gained 185 total yards and two touchdowns, while Paul threw for 148 yards and two touchdowns on only 13 passes. Nicholson's longest reception was for an incredible 72 yards.

Ridge now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Hunterdon Central, their record now sits at 4-2.
