Washington barely beat Kennedy the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Huskies put the hurt on the Titans with a sharp 3-0 win on Thursday. The Huskies haven't had any issues with the Titans recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive victory against them.

Washington never let Kennedy on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. The final score came out to 25-20, 25-14, 25-22.

Washington's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 4-5. As for Kennedy, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-18.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Washington is set to square off against their familiar foe Irvington at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Kennedy will take on rival James Logan at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
