Newport Central Catholic won the last time they faced St. Henry and things went their way on Thursday too. The Thoroughbreds blew past the Crusaders 18-3. Considering the Thoroughbreds have won six contests by more than seven runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Newport Central Catholic is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-4 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 13.2 runs over those games.
