Soccer Recap: Pflugerville Takes a Loss

Pflugerville's game on Tuesday was all tied up 1-1 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They fell just short of the East View Patriots by a score of 2-1. Pflugerville were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced East View earlier this season, when they won 2-1.

Pflugerville's goal came courtesy of Khloe Ioannou, who's now up to seven this season.

Pflugerville has been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-10 record this season. As for East View, the win snapped their losing streak at three matches and leaves them with a 5-12 record.

Pflugerville will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Weiss at 7:15 p.m. on March 6. As for East View, they will challenge Pflugerville Connally at 7:15 p.m. on Friday.
