Basketball Game Preview: Central Christian Crusaders vs. Praise Academy Lions

On Tuesday, Central Christian got the win against CrossPointe Christian Academy by a conclusive 61-37.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Praise Academy, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Friday. They took down Oakwood Christian 57-43 on Saturday. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Lions as it put an end to their six-game losing streak.

Central Christian has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games, which provided a massive bump to their 7-9 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 76.8 points per game. As for Praise Academy, their win bumped their record up to 9-11.

Central Christian came up short against Praise Academy in their previous matchup back in November of 2024, falling 78-65. Can Central Christian avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
