Shenandoah had to skate by with only a one-set margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the three-set drubbing they dealt Morgan on Saturday. The Zeps blew past the Raiders 3-0. The Zeps haven't had any issues with the Raiders recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive victory against them.

One reason for the win was Shenandoah's just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. The final score came out to 25-19, 25-15, 25-14.

Brenna Leach paced Shenandoah's offense, picking up 22 kills. Leach got some help from Alyssa Crum and her 22 assists.

Despite the loss, Morgan still got an impressive performance from Chloe Baker, who had nine digs and three assists.

Shenandoah's win bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Morgan, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 2-1.

Shenandoah wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-2 victory against Marietta on the 26th. As for Morgan, they have also already played their next game, a 3-2 win against Waterford on the 25th.
