Big Game from Wood As South Lakes Fell 49-21

Starting off the list is South Lakes's Cody Wood, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Wood rushed for 154 yards and two touchdowns. The bulk of those rushing yards came from one huge play: a run that gained an incredible 84 yards.

On the year, Wood has averaged 23.2 receiving yards per game. That doesn't tell the whole story though: at this point last year, he had four rushing touchdowns. This year he is already up to 16.

On the season, Fletcher has averaged 26.4 receiving yards per game.

Lee Posts Huge Game in 49-21 Win

Westfield picked up their fourth consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to Malachi Lee. Lee was unstoppable, rushing for 74 yards and two touchdowns.

Westfield pushed their record up to 8-2 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home. Lee and Westfield will challenge Herndon at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
