Sutherland entered their tilt with Our Lady of Mercy on Monday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Monarchs. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Knights also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2024.

The final score came out to 25-23, 25-19, 13-25, 25-17.

Among those leading the charge was Jamie Kotalik, who had 12 digs and two aces. That's the most aces she has posted over her last six matches.

Sutherland's win bumped their record up to 28-2-2. As for Our Lady of Mercy, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost seven of their last eight contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-9 record this season.

Sutherland will square off against Eastridge at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Our Lady of Mercy, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 3-1 loss against Pittsford on the 6th.
