Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Centennial). Everything went their way against the Long Reach Lightning on Monday as the Centennial Eagles made off with a 55-31 victory. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Eagles as it put an end to their four-game losing streak.

Centennial's victory ended a six-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 2-7. As for Long Reach, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-8.

Centennial will challenge Wilde Lake on Friday. As for Long Reach, they will square off against Atholton at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
