Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask McLean). They put the hurt on the Wakefield Warriors with a sharp 11-1 victory on Tuesday. The Highlanders haven't had any issues with the Warriors recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.

McLean's victory bumped their record up to 5-1. As for Wakefield, they now have a losing record of 2-3.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. McLean is set to take on their familiar foe Herndon at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Wakefield will face off against rival Yorktown at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
