Logan had already won eight in a row and they went ahead and made it nine on Friday. Everything went their way against the San Jon Coyotes as they made off with a 3-0 win. That's more bragging rights for the Longhorns, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Logan took every set by at least 13 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-9, 25-6, 25-12.

Logan's victory bumped their record up to 15-2. As for San Jon, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-11 record this season.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Logan beat San Jon by a score of 3-0 on Monday.
