Carson kept a clean sheet against Douglas on Wednesday. They blew past the Tigers 8-0. Considering Carson have won four contests by more than three goals this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

The victory made it two in a row for Carson and bumps their season record up to 6-5-1. Those wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up zero goals over those two matches. As for Douglas, their loss dropped their record down to 0-11.

Carson and Douglas could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps Nevada Rankings.
