Basketball Recap: DuBois Central Catholic Comes Up Short

It was a proper cat-fight when DuBois Central Catholic challenged Keystone on Tuesday. The DuBois Central Catholic Cardinals fell just short of the Keystone Panthers by a score of 56-54. The Cardinals were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Panthers apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in February of 2023.

DuBois Central Catholic's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Keystone, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 3-1.

DuBois Central Catholic will face off against Brockway at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Keystone, they will take on Karns City at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Keystone has been dominant on offense recently, having racked up an incredible 180 points over their last three matchups.
