Volleyball Recap: Sandhills Valley Takes a Loss

Sandhills Valley lost against Ansley/Litchfield back in October of 2020 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Mavericks lost 3-0 to the Spartans. The Mavericks have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-8, 25-8.

Rhayana Burns paced Sandhills Valley's offense, picking up three kills. Burns got some help from Ellexis Hagan and her seven assists.

Sandhills Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 7-21. As for Ansley/Litchfield, they pushed their record up to 23-6 with the victory, which was their third straight at home.

As of now, neither Sandhills Valley nor the Spartans have any future games scheduled.
