Football Game Preview: Collins-Maxwell vs. Gladbrook-Reinbeck

Gladbrook-Reinbeck will challenge Collins-Maxwell on the road at 7:00 PM on Friday. Collins-Maxwell will need to watch out since Gladbrook-Reinbeck have now posted big point totals in their last three contests.

Last Friday, Gladbrook-Reinbeck put the finishing touches on their 3rd blowout victory of the season. They put a hurting on Baxter to the tune of 54-4.

Meanwhile, Collins-Maxwell have had to suffer through a 5-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They took their match against Colo-NESCO by a conclusive 42-20 score. Collins-Maxwell were expected to win, but the margin was definitely larger than the state rankings had forecast.

Their wins bumped Gladbrook-Reinbeck to 3-2 and Collins-Maxwell to 1-5. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, Collins-Maxwell and Gladbrook-Reinbeck will really light up the scoreboard.
