Volleyball Game Preview: Riverside Warriors vs. Hurricane Redskins + Official Tickets

Riverside hasn't had much luck against Hurricane recently, but that could start to change on Monday. The Warriors will head out to face off against the Redskins at 6:30 p.m. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this match.

On Saturday, Riverside came up short against Calvary Baptist Academy and fell 2-0.

Meanwhile, Hurricane also suffered a loss in their last game, falling to Winfield by a score of 2-0. The Redskins haven't had much luck with the Generals recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Hurricane couldn't get the win, but they sure gave Winfield a tough time in the second set. The final score came out to 25-17, 31-29.

Hurricane's loss dropped their record down to 16-20-2. As for Riverside, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-19.

Riverside couldn't quite get it done against Hurricane in their previous matchup back in October of 2024 as they fell 3-1. Can the Warriors avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
