Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Salem Hills walked away with it. They put the hurt on the West Jordan Jaguars with a sharp 8-0 win on Friday. Brooks Barker was a massive factor in the win as he booted in five goals all by himself.

Salem Hills' victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-7. The home wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 17 goals over those three games. As for West Jordan, they have been struggling recently as they've lost nine of their last ten matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-14 record this season.

Salem Hills will take on Skyline at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Skyline will roll in looking for their sixth straight victory, something Salem Hills surely won't give up without a fight. West Jordan does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
