CSTHEA came tearing into Friday's match with four straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Walker Valley Mustangs. That's more bragging rights for the Patriots, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Audrey Richardson paced CSTHEA's offense, picking up five kills. Richardson got some help from Emmi Black and her ten assists. Rosie Fincher controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

CSTHEA's win bumped their record up to 7-2. As for Walker Valley, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-6.

Coincidentally, CSTHEA and Walker Valley will both be playing Lincoln County the next time they take the court. The Mustangs will head out to face the Falcons at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, while the Patriots will play them later in the day, at 6:00 p.m.
