Soccer Game Preview: Pelion vs. Batesburg-Leesville

Pelion will challenge Batesburg-Leesville at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Pelion's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for nine straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

It was a proper cat-fight when Pelion duked it out with Saluda two weeks ago. The Panthers came up short against the Tigers, falling 10-1.

Meanwhile, Batesburg-Leesville was not able to break out of their rough patch last Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 4-1 to American Leadership Academy.

Batesburg-Leesville's goal came courtesy of Caitlyn Sirtout, who's now up to three this season.

Pelion's defeat dropped their record down to 0-9. As for Batesburg-Leesville, their loss dropped their record down to 3-11-1.
