Softball Recap: Westview Chargers vs. Riverside Panthers
Westview can now show off nine landslide victories after their most recent matchup on Wednesday. They never let the Riverside Panthers onto the board and left with an 8-0 win. The victory was familiar territory for Westview who now have six in a row.
McCall Simms was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She didn't allow a single earned run and only one hit while striking out ten over seven innings pitched. Simms has been consistent recently: she hasn't pitched less than five innings in 12 consecutive pitching appearances.
