Softball Recap: Oasis Takes a Loss

Oasis lost against Southwest Florida Christian back in February, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Sharks lost 18-1 to the King's. The Sharks have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Oasis saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Kaitlyn McGee, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one stolen base and one RBI.

Oasis' defeat dropped their record down to 12-10. As for Southwest Florida Christian, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 11-7.

Coming up, Oasis will head out to take on Port Charlotte at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Southwest Florida Christian, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Evangelical Christian at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. The King's are on a three-game streak of home wins, the Sentinels a six-game streak of away wins, meaning someone's leaving a streak behind.
