Volleyball Recap: East Prairie Comes Up Short

East Prairie was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Malden Green Wave. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Green Wave this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 on September 13th.

The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-16, 25-15.

East Prairie's loss dropped their record down to 6-11-1. As for Malden, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 14-5-3.

East Prairie has already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Oak Ridge on the 2nd. As for Malden, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 loss against Gideon on the 2nd.
