South Shore is 10-0 against Grand Street Campus since January of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. The South Shore Vikings will challenge the Grand Street Campus Wolves at 4:30 p.m. South Shore will be looking to extend their current nine-game winning streak.

South Shore is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another highly-ranked state team: Immaculate Conception, who was ranked 13th in their home state at the time (South Shore was ranked 23rd). South Shore sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 45-43 win over Immaculate Conception on Sunday.

Grand Street Campus has been a dominant force so far, but they're in the middle of a mini-slump at the moment. They took a blow against Dalton on Tuesday, falling 59-30. The matchup marked the Wolves' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Grand Street Campus' defeat ended a five-game streak of away wins and brought them to 11-6. As for South Shore, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 12 of their last 14 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 17-5 record this season.

South Shore took their victory against Grand Street Campus when the teams last played back in November of 2024 by a conclusive 70-49. The rematch might be a little tougher for South Shore since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
