Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Hamburg). They never let the Olean Huskies get on the board and left with an 11-0 victory on Friday. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for Hamburg considering their one-goal performance the contest before.

The win made it two in a row for Hamburg and bumps their season record up to 5-3. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up zero goals over those two matchups. As for Olean, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-4.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Hamburg will host Lackawanna at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Hamburg will need to watch out since Lackawanna have now posted at least four goals in their last three matches. As for Olean, they will square off against Dunkirk at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
