Tongue River entered their tilt with Greybull on Saturday with seven consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with eight. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Buffaloes. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-1 two weeks ago.

Tongue River found their leader in sophomore Lily Maslowski, who had seven digs and two aces.

Tongue River's victory bumped their record up to 15-3. As for Greybull, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-5 record this season.

After both having extra time off, Tongue River and Sundance will shake off the rust and duke it out at 12:00 p.m. on Friday. This will be the Eagles' first chance to prove their worth in the conference. As for Greybull, they have already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Big Horn on the 13th.
