Prairie Ridge's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-1-1. As for Larkin, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-8.

Coming up, Prairie Ridge will look to defend their home pitch on Monday against Woodstock at 4:30 p.m. As for Larkin, they will head out on the road to square off against St. Charles East at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. St. Charles East will roll in looking for their seventh straight win, something Larkin surely won't give up without a fight.
