Baseball Recap: North Grand Comes Up Short

North Grand lost against Phoenix Military last Saturday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Eagle Owls lost 13-3 to the Firebirds. The Eagle Owls have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

North Grand's defeat dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Phoenix Military, their victory ended a five-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 3-5.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. North Grand is set to take on their familiar foe Wells at 11:45 a.m. on Saturday. Meanwhile, Phoenix Military will square off against rival Clark at 6:05 p.m. on Thursday.
