Basketball Game Preview: St. Edmund Fighting Blue Jays vs. East Beauregard Trojans

St. Edmund hasn't had much luck against East Beauregard recently, but that could start to change on Monday. The St. Edmund Fighting Blue Jays will welcome the East Beauregard Trojans at 6:00 p.m. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, the two teams will really light up the scoreboard.

St. Edmund took a loss when they played away from home on Thursday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Friday. They came out on top against Grand Lake by a score of 56-48.

Meanwhile, East Beauregard was beaten by Rosepine 96-62 on Thursday. The defeat continues a trend for the Trojans in their matchups with the Eagles: they've now lost eight in a row.

East Beauregard's loss dropped their record down to 17-14. As for St. Edmund, their victory bumped their record up to 14-17.
