Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask St. Stephens). Everything went their way against the Statesville Greyhounds on Tuesday as they made off with a 21-0 win. Considering the Indians have won seven contests by more than six runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

St. Stephens is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-3 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.8 runs over those games. As for Statesville, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-7.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. St. Stephens will welcome East Burke at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Cavaliers' pitching crew has only allowed 2.9 runs per game this season, so the Indians' hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Statesville, they will look to take advantage of their home field for the first time this season as they take on St. Stephens at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
